The
Commonwealth Education Fund (CEF) is an innovative education partnership
delivered by three leading international development organisations:
ActionAid, Oxfam GB and Save the Children UK. The CEF project will
run from 2002-2008.
The CEF project promotes free primary education for all children.
CEF gives advice and funding to education groups in 16 Commonwealth
countries. These groups work independently or together as a national
coalition to identify and act on the problems that stop children
from attending school. To find out more about these issues, please
