CEF partner, Pakistan Coalition for Education (PCE) came into being in April 2004 after a series of consultations facilitated by CEF Pakistan. PCE is a coalition of civil society partners and individuals raising issues surrounding the education sector in Pakistan and conducting advocacy for better education policy and practice.

Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) is a national NGO working to raise awareness and lobby for human rights since 1986. HRCP is working to carry out training at the local level for tracking education budgets and expenditure and to lobby for more funds and better utilisation at the provincial and national level.
